COVID-19 Information


We have made some changes to our Customer Advocate Team. The phones will be open for incoming calls Monday through Friday beginning June 1 from 8:30-10:30 and again from 2:30-4:30 Pacific Daylight Time to minimize the number of staff in the call center.

We have Advocates working from home responding to support requests seven days a week, and very quickly. Please find your school and click the HELP button to send a web support request.

The Call Center will be closed beginning December 23rd, and we will not be responding to support requests from December 24th to January 3rd.
